The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University, Fullerton invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track positions to start in August 2023 preferably at the Assistant Professor level in Biochemistry (518570) and Organic Chemistry (518752).

Applicants for the Biochemistry position shall have a Ph.D. in either Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biological Chemistry or a closely related field, and relevant postdoctoral experience.

Applicants for the Organic Chemistry position shall have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry Education Research with an emphasis in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field, and relevant postdoctoral experience.

The successful candidate for each faculty position will maintain an active research program involving undergraduate and M.S. students while committed to excellence in teaching in their area of expertise at the undergraduate and master’s level.
