Location: Knoxville, TN

Description

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK; https://chem.utk.edu/) invites applications for a faculty position in Analytical Chemistry. Hiring at the Associate Professor rank is preferable. However, strong applications at the Assistant Professor rank from applicants with prior academic faculty experience will also be considered.  Outstanding candidates in all areas of Analytical Chemistry will be reviewed for both positions. Successful candidates are expected to continue/further develop a nationally recognized, externally funded research program while also contributing to the department’s missions of service and teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level. UTK is the flagship campus of the University of Tennessee system.
