The Chemistry Department at Binghamton University, State University of New York, invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in Experimental Inorganic / Materials Chemistry, broadly defined. The position will be at the Assistant Professor level.  The Department’s strategic plan anticipates growth with emphasis in biological, materials, and environmental research.  The Department (binghamton.edu/chemistry) has a commitment to high quality research and excellence in doctoral and undergraduate education.   A PhD in chemistry or closely related area is required. Candidates must have postdoctoral experience or equivalent.
