You will be directing a team of passionate, dedicated, and very focused professionals who believe in strong customer relationships as the basis of our customer-first business model. This position is key to our growth, and you will be an active, important part of our future and continuing success. You will be managing the sales team with clear goals, provide the right tools to succeed, and have ownership of your position.

We are seeking a focused, dedicated sales/marketing manager that is creative, experienced, and wired to succeed.  You will be responsible for hiring and managing the sales team, engaging with customers to understand their processes and challenges, and designing and implementing a successful sales process.

Location:  Norcross, GA 30071 (Work from remote is possible and determined by location.)

Sales Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Manage, measure and motivate sales team
  • Assist in hiring and training sales account managers
  • Collaborate with marketing team
  • Telephone sales and customer support
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts as well as develop new accounts, prospecting
  • Introduce new products to existing accounts
  • Attend trade shows
  • Visit customers onsite

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have a degree in chemistry (or chemistry related degree)
  • Working knowledge in chromatography – a plus
  • Experience in laboratory product sales – a plus
  • Two years or greater people management – strongly desired
  • Inside telemarketing and outside sales experience
  • Computer Literacy: CRM, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must be able to type quickly
  • Superior work ethic, self-motivated, organized, and a team player
