Process Chemist

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team in a research laboratory and pilot plant, conduct experiments, record and analyze data, present results to senior/other research staff, prepare reports and summaries. Supervise junior staff. Adhere to health, safety and environmental instructions and procedures. Develop original solutions to problems. Keep up to date with relevant research and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

• MSc/PhD in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and collaborators, verbally and in writing. Work with patience, determination, and flexibility. Familiar with cGMP manufacturing production process, and knowledge of analytical methods, e.g. ICP-OES/MS analysis, UV, IR. Exhibit excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
