Positions and Requirements

We are recruiting leading talents, young talents, specially hired (associate) researchers, assistant professors for experts and scholars from top universities (research institutions). Applicants must have studied a degree related to chemistry during their undergraduate, master's, or doctoral studies and be able to undertake inorganic chemistry/physical chemistry/analytical chemistry/organic chemistry and its laboratory courses after coming to the university. We will begin reviewing applications on a rolling basis and will continue to consider applications received until the positions are filled.

Leading talents (>35 years old)

Leading talents have made significant achievements in personnel training, scientific research and social services and been recognized as an important achievement in the field of related disciplines, and can lead the discipline to catch up with or lead the international advanced level.

Salary and benefits

1. Annual salary: base salary of 800,000 RMB +, one person one negotiation (before tax), plus high-end awards plus performance incentives.

2. Housing and settlement fee: provide a settlement fee of RMB 1.5-2 million before tax, one-time, not stacked with provincial and municipal incentives and grants), and (one-time, not stacked with provincial and municipal incentives and grants), and in collaboration with the Construction Bank "Jian Rong Home" platform to provide a full set of rental and purchase services

Working conditions

1. Professor (level 2 or 3) and doctoral supervisor qualification.

1. Annual salary: base salary of 600,000 RMB +, one person, one negotiation (before tax, including direct inclusion in the university's "Yang Hua Plan" funding) plus high-end incentives for performance

2. Housing and settlement fee: provide settlement fee 1.2-1.5 million RMB before tax, one-time, not stacked with provincial and municipal incentives and grants), and in collaboration with the Construction Bank "Jian Rong Home" platform to provide a full set of rental and purchase services

Specially Hired Researcher(≤35 years old)

He/she should have doctoral degree from a well-known overseas university or a Ph.D. degree from a "double first-class" university in China, aged 35 or below, generally with postdoctoral research experience, outstanding academic performance, good development potential, and the potential to become an academic or technical leader in their discipline.

Salary and benefits

1. Annual salary: 400,000 RMB (before tax), plus high-end academic performance incentives.

2. Housing and settlement fee: 500,000 RMB (before tax)

Working conditions

1. Annual salary: base salary of 180,000 RMB before tax, including direct inclusion in the school's "Youth Program" funding), plus performance incentives
