Job Details
The Chemistry Department at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL is seeking candidates for a full-time Lecturer appointment starting August 2024. The successful applicant will be expected to provide exceptional instruction at the undergraduate level, work with current staff to support laboratory coordination and perform other duties as required. Teaching assignments will be in the areas of general and organic chemistry and the candidate’s specialization area.
Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have a PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications: The position requires exceptional instruction at the undergraduate level. Teaching assignments will be in the areas of general and organic chemistry and the candidate’s specialization area.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
