Synthetic Organic Chemist

We seek a motivated post-doctoral synthetic organic chemist to systematically prepare stereo-controlled phosphorothioate diastereomers of 2/3-mers of segments of the FDA-approved drug LEQVIO (Inclisiran). You will then incorporate these diastereomerically-pure fragments into the full-length drug molecule using an in-house DNA/RNA oligonucleotide synthesizer.  Experience in oligonucleotide synthesis is not required but you must be an expert in the synthesis and purification of small-molecules.
