Description

Professor Yi Xiao of the Department of Chemistry at North Carolina State University invites applications to fill full-time postdoctoral fellow positions. Employment time can be 2 – 4 years based on performance. The Xiao lab performs research on the isolation and characterization of nucleic acid-based recognition elements known as aptamers and their application in biosensors and as therapeutic agents. These efforts span multiple fields including bioanalytical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, biological science, and bioinformatics.
